1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Giggl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Giggl is a multiplayer comedy card game app that allows users to play with friends or strangers, create and sell card packs, share clips, and participate in live events and challenges.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Giggl. Some content packs are marked as adult content and require age verification.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (game responses, clips, card packs). By submitting content, you grant Giggl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Creator Marketplace

Creators can sell card packs through the marketplace. Revenue is split 70% to the creator and 30% to Giggl. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements. Giggl reserves the right to remove packs that violate our content guidelines.

6. In-App Purchases

Giggl offers in-app purchases including coins, card packs, and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform's policies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game outcomes
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Impersonating other users or public figures
• Submitting spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the app or its services
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse systems

8. Moderation

We use automated and manual moderation to enforce community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Giggl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giggl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
